The closest beaches (Anjuna/Vagator) are a 35 minute drive from the villa. There are some lovely water bodies (river/backwaters) close to the villa and we’ll be happy to arrange a little picnic for you.

Yes, certainly. We have our trusted taxi drivers who know our villa and we’ll be happy to send them to fetch you. You can pay the driver directly. The villa manager will coordinate this for you.

Yes, sure. You just need to inform the villa manager a day in advance and also ensure that your unlisted friends don’t stay the night. The villa manager will present you with the food bill at the end of your stay.

The villa comes fully staffed with a housekeeper, cook and groundskeeper. There’s also a dedicated villa manager who you’ll be coordinating with.

Our villa can be pre stocked with a list you provide before arrival. Additional groceries can be purchased by the villa manager. Just give them a list and they will be more than happy to assist.

Yes, all the living spaces are air conditioned and being ensconced in green cover, even the outside areas remain relatively cool on hot summer days.

You can have a drink inside the villa or by the pool. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa and you may do it outside.

Not as long as the noise levels are under check. This is a quiet village setting and we really don’t want our neighbors getting disturbed. Also, no music after 10 p.m.

We offer a partial refund of 50% should you decide to cancel 1 week before your check-in date. For cancellations within a week of arrival, no refund will be provided.
